Data export & deletion

You can export your account data and delete your account yourself, from the Account panel in the app — both work today, no support ticket required.

Export returns a single JSON file containing your account record, your projects and their full edit history, your generation jobs, and your credit balance and ledger.

Deletion removes your account and its contents. Where the law requires us to retain a financial ledger, we anonymize your link to it rather than destroy the record.

Both actions require a passkey on your account — an email-code session alone can’t export or delete your data, deliberately, since either action is irreversible or reveals everything at once.
