Import, export & formats
How import and export work in Horoptic, including formats and Content Credentials.
Import is local-decode first: common formats decode on your machine with no upload. Export renders the final master on the server, with per-platform presets — and masters carry C2PA Content Credentials by default. Your cut also exports to OTIO (.otioz) — native in DaVinci Resolve today, in both the free and Studio editions; in Adobe Premiere Pro it opens via Adobe’s OTIO support, which is currently in beta.
